Chingford League CC: senior race results
Robbie Meadows' run was the highlight of Saturday's Chingford League CC at Loughton. 17-year old Robbie was just out-sprinted by Walthamstow's Nick Shasha - a 15.50 5K man recently - for 4th/5th place.

For the women, Lucy Wilson's improvement - she finished 13th of 67 - since training for her recent half-marathon caught the eye.
