Dan Awde moves to number 3 on UK all time list

In an indoor heptathlon in France Dan Awde moved to number 3 on the UK All Time list.

The UKA website says:

"Olympian Daniel Awde (Woodford Green with Essex Ladies) comprehensively won the men’s under-23 heptathlon. Awde tallied 5783 to defeat Frenchman Florent Beltram, who finished second with 5187."

His previous score was 5347 pts. in 2007.

Dan's scores were: 60m. 7.07 secs. 858 pts. (PB), Long jump 7.28m. 881 pts. (PB)

Shot 12.24m. 621 pts., High Jump 1.94m. 749pts., Day 1 total 3109 pts.

60m. hurdles 8.08 secs. 962 pts (PB), Pole vault 4.84m. 865 pts.,

1000m. 2min. 43.36 secs. 847pts. Day 2 total 2674 pts. Overall total 5783 pts.
