European Junior Championships

On the final day of the European Junior Championships there were silver medals for WGwEL athletes. Sam Watts ran the second leg for the GB&NI team that placed second in the final of the men's 4x100m relay with 39.48 secs, finishing just 0.13 secs behind the team from France. Although not running in the final, Jordan Kirby-Polidore ran the fourth leg in the team that won their qualifying heat in the morning.
