Andy Frost in good form

Competing on Saturday in the Scottish Hammer Grand Prix in Livingstone, UK Champion Andy Frost won with a season's best of 72.31m. The previous evening in Brussels in the Diamond League Van Damme Memorial meeting,  World Championship bronze medalist Tiffany Porter placed 4th in the 100mH with 12.78 secs (+1.0).
