Dan Awde's encouraging early indoor form continued with a win over 400m at Lee Vallley on Sunday in a quick 47.51 secs. Also racing over 400m at the same meeting were Paul Scanlan who clocked 50.81 secs, and Eugene Ayanful with 51.35 secs. A day after he finished 5th in the Merseyside Cross Country Championships, Jordan Donnelly raced over 1500m at the BMC Sheffield Indoor Meeting and recorded 4mn06.25 secs. At Carshalton, Azaria Francis raced over 60m and recorded 7.99 secs, and it was pleasing to see Dan Davis back in action over 60mH at Eton where he recorded times of 8.00 secs and 7.99 secs.
