Glasgow Commonwealth Games

England today announced their team for the Commonwealth Games. In the Men's team Tom Norman is selected for the discus, and Dan Awde for the 4x400m relay. In the women's team, Tiffany Porter goes over 100mH and Shana Cox in the 400m and 4x400m relay. The Scotland Team was announced last week and both Mark Dry and Andy Frost were selected for the hammer, as was HCA member Myra Perkins.
