Ronnie Sparke leads GB home in Worlds

Ronnie Sparke led the Great Britain U20 team home today (Sunday) in the World Cross Country Championships in Bydgoszcz, Poland. Finishing 41st, it was a tremendous run from Ronnie who was 83rd (and 2nd GB home) in 2009 and has another year left in this category. Having finished 5th in the Trials and 4th in the National, he will be delighted to have beaten his peers. The other GB athletes were: 47, Hawkins; 50, Farrell; 60, Norris; 62 Hay; 74 Goodman. The team were 9th.
