Alex Cornwell selected for Holmes camp

19 year old Alex Cornwell has been selected for the second time to join other promising young athletes on a mentoring day with Dame Kelly Holmes as part of her "Future Stars with Kelly" programme.

Alex, coached by Richard Thurston,  has been one of the club's top performers on track and country, having been English Schools 1500m champion and won Metropolitan League cross country races as an U17.
