2 medals for James Bongart at Maccabi Games

U20 James Bongart tonight competed in 3 events at the Maccabi Games 2013 in Tel Aviv. He ran in the semi final of the 100m and recorded a PB of 11.70secs. Then he went on to claim a silver medal in the senior Javelin, coming second only to the Israeli number 1. His distance of 53m 31cm was a PB of over 2 metres. He rounded off the evening in Israel with a bronze medal in the 4x100m relay for Team GB.
