Places available in BUPA 10K

Places have become available for the BUPA 10K at 10am on 25th May.

The race organisers give the club 6 places for men and 6 for women. These normally go to the best athletes possible, because the race incorporates the UK 10K Road Championships. Last year our women's team won a cash prize at the race.

However, further places have become available via a Rotary Club. 

Rotary Club member Pesh says, "There is no registration fee (which has been waived by the charity). But if runners could get sponsorship/donations, that would be great. My preferred charities are LOOK (families with visually-impaired children) and Chigwell Riding Trust for Special Needs. But there is no commitment or obligation to raise any money - just take part!"
