 Competing in Clermont Florida on Saturday, former Olympic decathlete Dan Awde continued his progress over 400m. Running a personal best of 45.96 secs, Dan comfortably won the "B" race and moves to 4th on this season's UK rankings. Tiffany Porter raced at the Drake Relays, and placed 5th in a very high standard 100mH with 12.71 secs, whilst over one mile, Alex Cornwell placed 9th at Berkley, California with 4m07.49 secs
